• A $500 refundable security deposit and $95 cleaning fee is required at the time of booking. Security deposit is refundable after inspection per the rental agreement and verification of keys returned to the drop box.
• Balance due 60 days before check-in.
• Add a 10% Oceanside city tax for stays shorter than 1 month.
• Check-in and parking information is provided upon receipt of the signed agreement. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
• Payment is made through Paypal or mailed through the United States Post Office.
